Normalization diagnostics in new post-processing

For the new post-processing, need to add diagnostic buttons probably here for normalization stuff (along with calibration stuff in issue #119):

For NOMAD, the diagnostics that we would like to produce are in the following document from the beamline-specific reduction routines "contents of the diagnostics folder.docx"

The "big" plots we would like for normalization are:

1. The normplot.ps file type diagnostics which shows the corrected vanadium (background, absorption, multiple scattering and recoil corrected) spectrum in blue, the peak stripped spectrum in red, and the difference curve to highlight the peaks in "upper" black spectrum. I believe the yellow is just this last curve shifted to 0.0. All in Q-space:
   

2. The normplotGSAS.ps file type diagnostics is exactly the same only in d-space:
