It is not super trivial to have your own boards fabricated and then upload the firmware to the boards once you have them manufactured. The flashing and initial use via Ubuntu instructions are available in this repository. The AD7771s seem to be in short supply as well which adds a lot of wait time, but if you want to go through with it you should supply the BOM, assembly, and gerbers to a site like PCBWay (I recommend) and they can order the parts turnkey for you so you don't have to think about that whole mess.
The beta board is the one we will be launching on Crowd Supply as soon as a partner finishes up his piece.

as u have provided bom and pcb files ..if i go with and bring all the componenets and print pcb ..assemble it..
than should i able to run and start freeEEg 32 ?
ho can i stream eeg data in an ubuntu pc ? ..if i connect electodes to freeEEG32 device
