Currently, the app is deployed using a rolling release scheme afaik. While this is fine for a pure web app, it's not for native apps (like neuland-ingolstadt/neuland.app-native#23, neuland-ingolstadt/neuland.app-native#11 and neuland-ingolstadt/neuland.app-native#12 mention). I therefore want to enforce a standardized versioning scheme, e.g. semantic versioning. This versioning scheme should be used in git tags. Versioning in general is required for F-Droid, since F-Droid only uses tags to distinguish and publish new apps.
