[Bug]: Reordering / Changing dashboard Icons does not work on web

• I checked for app updates and the bug is present in the latest version.
• I checked the status page and the issue is not listed there.
• I checked for possible duplicate issues, but couldn't find any.

Bug summary

When trying to drag and drop this popup appears, but I do not seem to be able to move anything:

Furthermore the - buttons for removing only appear when having the browser window maximized:

Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://dev.neuland.app
2. sign in as guest (or with your account)
3. click on the profile icon on the top right
4. click on dashboard
5. try to change things

Expected behavior

I can reorder and remove dashboard entries.
