Hi,

I have noticed that the parser.py file mentioned the OpenSubtitles readme (data/OpenSubtitles18/README.md) is missing.
It is required to pre-process data, but the content is quite unclear (if it only converts xml to txt or does more than that).
Would you mind providing the missing script?
