Feature request: Reflect errors during execution in report

hi Vincent,

would be nice if problems with gathering gpo data would reflect in the report, e.g. during execution this error is shown:

[10:38:28] Gathering gpo data
Exception while generating GPO Data: Netzwerkzugriff verweigert.

Then pingcastle doesn't show the report is incomplete. Would be nice to have a notice on top of the report.

It also triggers rules for missing GPOs settings for preventing admin logon, NetCease, LLMNR, NTLMv1 (?), ... but it should be clear, if that's really the case or it's just unknown because the GPOs couldn't be fetched. (Probably not needed to fix that in each rule, if the report states on top, that there was a problem with the GPOs)
