I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you with a few queries regarding the QAnything application. Your assistance in providing clarity on these matters would be greatly appreciated.

• User Interface Language: Could you please confirm if the English language is available in the User Interface of the QAnything local install application? We are keen on ensuring that the application is accessible and user-friendly for our English-speaking team members.
• Prerequisites for Linux Machine: We noticed that Docker is listed as a prerequisite for Linux machines in the installation guide (https://github.com/netease-youdao/QAnything?tab=readme-ov-file#installationdocker). However, we would like to know if it's possible to use PodMan instead of Docker. If so, could you provide any specific instructions or considerations we should be aware of?
