ship a stable version (beta) of redmine_task_board

Heading towards a stable release of this plugin. Need to fix #9, #12 and build a configuration option for #15, ideally improve setup UI to be tile-based instead of using radio buttons; #18.

Hoping to have these issues sorted out in a couple of weeks, but you can clone it and test it now, fairly easily. We're using it in our production Redmine instance and I know some others are too.
