Possibly including phatic expressions like "thank you"

Some examples from the corpus:

  • Trust The Midas Touch (slogan)
  • none of the above
  • no big deal
  • no homo
  • you get what you pay for

TBD: boundary between this and DISC

Currently treating things like "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" as DISC.
