It occurs to me that section headers contain really crucial context for understanding the value of CGEL's examples. @BrettRey, how feasible would it be to add section headers to the .docx files? E.g. it would be great to know that [63] on p. 114 is under

2 Overview of noun classes and NP structure > 2.5 The auxiliaries considered in turn > 2.5.7 Be > Lexical be
