TASK: Enable Testcafe's native CDP automation to run tests in Chromium-based browsers #3591

This can be enabled in Version 2 via a flag or is default in Version 3

This should make the tests faster and more stable. The test runner would then behave a lot more stable like playwright and less self glued ^^

Note: Firefox is important for e2e and we should carefully evaluate

Testcafe uses now for chrome native cdp since we updated to testcafe 3: #3855

Well as long as we dont run on chromium based browser in ci we cant actually be sure it works. Sadly i couldnt get it to work right now though locally it works. Once we have it we can close this issue for real.
