Impossible to migrate

Neo4jrb has many issues with migrations
It is simply not working at all...
You can connect with the app itself, with the browser, no problems.
But if you have to make a migration you can't, it keeps failing to connect to server, it has worked in the past but don't work anymore no matter what I try, with the same server !
I have another server (cloned) that works perfectly with the exact same config/commands...
So please go back to alpha since it is a alpha or even pre alpha version...
