I'd like to be able to run something like:

gotags . ../../necro351/gotags ../../strechr/testify

and build a ctags file that includes things that I import.

Thank you Wayne. I can definitely add support for the features you
requested. Thanks for the helpful suggestions.

I'm more inclined to use a more recent tool, but @wwalker , u might want to check out https://github.com/xianxu/gotags. Disclaimer: I have no personal experience with it myself.

@necro351 : what is the status now of this project? I came here via your answer at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8204367/ctag-database-for-go, so I was kinda expecting more activity on this project.
