After investigating the contract-deployment issue in aurora-is-near, I believe we should implement a process where in order to execute tests or examples in workspace-rs, we rebuild all the WASM files used.

This is for our CI and a script for local development. Currently, these files are stored as static assets with the exception of dev_deploy.

Thoughts on this can be a discussion.
