[SGCI] A delay in Files processing

Feedback from the SGCI usability study (problem 8)

There is a loading issue after clicking on the Files button on the menu. The delay made people thought they didn't click it properly or the button was not working.

If you click on the Files menu on the home page, the site won’t automatically jump to the application page.

Design suggestion:
Remove the loading animation on the menu and show the yellow loading status on the page faster.
