Creating a citation for ESIPhub

Three things here:

• We want people to be able to cite ESIPhub in their workshops
• Have a straight-forward path to downloading the contents of the package
• ESIP wants all Lab projects to be in the ESIP github space

Once we've made the changes for the remaining workshops, can we put a version in the ESIP Github space then use something like Zenodo to create a citable package?

Do we need to leave this in the NDS space and discuss this choice with ESIP (Annie)?

Obviously Craig et al should get credit here...
