flightradar24 and flightaware run their own network of ADS-B receivers, mostly given out for free to people that run them in exchange for a free subscription. If it's a big enough win, you could set up your own ADS-B base station in a fixed location and write a simple script to feed the location data to SARTopo.
Flightaware now has an API, but it costs money and it's on a bit of a lag. I'll look into that at some point.
