quick method to show or hide locator tracks

fast way to hide or show track lines on locators (checkbox in left bar by 'Locators'? - just a macro to do bulk ops track length; or, per-locator with an icon next to the pencil - could cycle through the track display options), while leaving the most recent locator marker visible and labeled - normally we don't want to see the lines, but occasionally they would be handy
