This probably involves radiolog code changes and/or radiolog shorthand conventions to change status colors based on more text, i.e. (10-)97 or 10-8 or such. What are the colors we want? Basically IC needs to see at a glance what callsigns are available. This would be good to propagate to marker colors / symbols on sartopo!

blink the status color in the same manner as radiolog (waiting for transport = flashing blue, etc)
