When unzipping a newly downloaded clone of an updated radiolog repo, radiolog.bat apparently gets overwritten, so the first time you double-click the radiolog icon after a fresh download and unzip, you will get the blocked dialog with the 'run anyway?' prompt. While this doesn't strictly break the idea of automatically installing updates, it will cause confusion for the radiolog operator: sometimes they are prompted to 'run anyway' but usually they are not.
So - find a way to bypass this behavior if possible.
