Need recipe for nightly build with updated date in GitHub

I see several questions around this topic and maybe I've missed the answer, but I'm looking for how to replace a release with an updated one, including the date in GitHub (see screenshot):

I've managed to get artifacts replaced with newer ones, include the source I believe, by updating the nightly tag.

The relevant sections of my workflow are:

Do I need to delete the existing nightly build in some way is there a way to replace it so I get only new artifacts, new source, and an updated display date? What's the recipe?

I don't know of a way to change that date via the GitHub API. I'm not sure exactly sure what their internal logic for it is (might just be when release was first created).

Oh I see - I thought for sure I was just doing it wrong. Well, in that case I think for now I'll just add the date to the label. Thanks for taking the time to let me know!

Another idea here would be to delete the release before you create the new one each night. This action doesn't currently support that, but there are probably other actions out there which will delete a release. Assuming that time stamp is based on when the release is created this should hypothetically always keep it up to date.
