macOS GHA runner misses libhdf5 #9

  • install hdf5 lib on the the macos GHA runner before executing python package installation
  • there might be other system libraries that are missing that need to be installed

The mac-OS testing in the ci.yml of the github actions has been commented out.
Any contribution that addresses this issue can be tested on commit by uncommenting that line.
