Add NavCoin News Submission deadlines to Events page #272

The deadline for submissions is the third Tuesday of every month with the newsletter being published on the third Wednesday of every month and syndicated through all of our social channels, mailing lists and websites.

  1. Add News submission deadline dates up to end of the year.
  2. Change colour schemes for different event categories (currently all Azure).
  • Description is satisfied.
  • Changes display correctly on desktop / mobile.
