This is a subtask of this issue-47

This issue is for step 2. After finishing this issue we can run the command like this:

poetry run nautilus-librarian gold-images-processing ...

And the command should "pull" the library media files from the DVC storage (Azure Storage).
It should pull the new Gold images in the dvc diff.

That option allows you to overwrite the default DVC remote used in the
Gold Image Procesing command.
