Cursor theme

You mentioned in the to-do that you are interested in adding a cursor theme for Materia. There already exists a Material Design based cursor theme, Paper. It is what I am using presently and it does go pretty well with Materia. Could you look into it and see whether it is something you could base your work off or as a reference? If you think it is fine the way it is then maybe you could add it as a recommendation in the README.

I am considering a design that is quite different from the Paper cursor theme. It is planned to have a light background color and dark shadow without border (like Material Design).

However, I don't have time to work on it for now and the design plan may be unsuccessful (for rendering).

I personally like the Paper icon theme very much,
but I want to be fair, so I won't recommend third-party themes that are not directly related to this theme in the document. :)
