What is the correct format for Team projects with a space in the name for removing users

I am testing this tool and It will delete users in team projects that do not have a space, but it the project name has a space it fails.
11/6/2019 10:06:43 AM: TF200016: The following project does not exist: 'Enterprise Integreation'. Verify that the name of the project is correct and that the project exists on the specified Team Foundation Server.

In the CSV I have tried to use single and double quotes around the name but it still fails. Any thoughts?
