How to deactivate payment account?

As I understood from the documentation
http://docs.nabvelocity.com/hc/en-us/articles/203410047-Optional-Methods#ManageAccount
the system has an opportunity to deactivate payment account.
Can I use it via your sdk?

ManageAccount is for gift cards, which unfortunately aren't supported through the SDK at this point.

So if I decide to remove relations between merchant account and payment card what method should I use?
