Editor filter on the allpuzzles.php page should have Discuss and Approve #34

Right now the dropdown filter only works for discuss editors. would be nice to have a similar filter for approval editors as well.

The dropdown filter for editors already has the list of approval editors, but should be updated to filter by approval editor instead of discuss editor. (Similar filter for discuss editors would be nice but isn't as important.)
