We now have a service specific page https://www.mysociety.org/donate/support-whatdotheyknow-and-mysociety/

Just need to tweak the config key and and check for any hard-coded links.

I've updated the config on the server and tweaked the one hard-coded instance I found (#1868). This will get rolled out on next deploy.
