Offer template requests for certain types of request

A template request for asking for information connected to a meeting is available via

https://openaccess.transparency.org.uk/

One could envisage WDTK offering a template for making such a request too, as well as template requests for eg.

• Asking for more detail about a certain payment listed in published transaction data

I expect there may be more types of request which are suited to a template.

We can't quite offer them as links using the default/body text as described at https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/help/api as that method involves selecting the body a request is to be made to.

As an example someone making a request for information relating to a meeting might ask for the agenda and papers, but might not think to ask for a copy of any presentations made to a meeting - and some key information might be in a "presentation" rather than a "paper".

A template could help, ideally it would be iterated upon based on lots of people's experience.
