Generate a per-authority list of requests that have been awaiting a response for more than 8 days so that Transparencia can alert local representatives who will only be interested in requests for authorities within their own district.

Idea 1 - advanced search

I wonder if the existing advanced search functionality gets us reasonably close, for example this is a simple query for "unresolved requests" from "Foyer Schaerbeekois":
https://transparencia.be/search/status:waiting_response%20AND%20requested_from:foyer_schaerbeekois/requests?commit=Rechercher&utf8=✓

Or we could look per user (this will return no results - I have no matching requests - but am reluctant to single out an actual user for this example):

https://transparencia.be/search/requested_by:liz_mysoc/requests?utf8=✓&query=status%3Awaiting_response+AND+requested_by%3Aliz_mysoc✓

Or a combination of the above e.g. requested_from:foyer_schaerbeekois AND requested_by:liz_mysoc

And we could do something even more specific using advanced search's filters, this is an example from WhatDoTheyKnow using Lucie Stephens' asbestos in schools campaign:

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/search/requested_by:lucie_stephens/requests?utf8=✓&sortby=&latest_status%5B%5D=awaiting&request_variety%5B%5D=sent&request_date_after=&request_date_before=&commit=Filter

...which can be restricted by date range:

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/search/requested_by:lucie_stephens/requests?utf8=✓&sortby=&latest_status%5B%5D=awaiting&request_variety%5B%5D=sent&request_date_after=&request_date_before=2017%2F04%2F10&commit=Filter

Idea 2 - SQL (+ email to Transparencia)

A custom SQL script to generate a list of matching requests. Relatively simple to write as a one off but hard to manage once we start adding conditions about which authorities and add more interested representatives and regions.

The high level of the Deputy feature (as I understand it):

A deputy is responsible for a single region. A region has multiple authorities.

The deputy wants to see what requests in their region are overdue and to re-send those requests to make sure they are answered.

The deputy, having higher authority, should have their requests answered within 8 days instead of the standard time limit.
