The rtpengine container is currently based on Ubuntu 20.04 and rtpengine mr9.4.1, both of which are quite old.

Basing the image on Ubuntu 22.04 causes rtpengine build to fail, due to a namespace conflict which was resolved in mr10.0.1.1. However, more recent rtpengine releases would need to be properly tested. Ideally update to Ubuntu 24.04 and a very recent rtpengine.
