Add a module to the processing toolbox

that will allow users to batch process easting,northing files to BNG and vice vers.

Would be useful if it convert from lat,lng to easting,northings, etc too.

We can do it in QGIS 3 with the new processing framework.

It seems to add the widget to the bottom dock, but I don't see code to add it to Processing. This is roughly what's required:
