forces https://2gis.ru/ to the mobile page |
Same issue on my Firefox 126.0.1 with the extension. When I click on a Google Meet link or enter on a call listed on Google Meet homepage, the extension causes the loop. The solution is after the loop ended, force Wipe Refresh with Ctrl + Click on Refresh Button to load the Meet properly. Due the fact what I use meet for two hours a day (minimum), I have deactivated the extension. |
I can also replicate the problem with Google Meet on Firefox 126.0.1 for Linux. This occurs regardless of distribution, build, or system setup. |
Same problem with https://app.asana.com on FF 127.0.1 Windows |
same issue with google meet, what's up with this? |
I confirm that pinterest is affected, any way to fix this? |
I confirm that with meet.google.com |
How sad that the recent update that came out this week just fixes a Google Meet bug which was reported after this issue. It's so easy to replicate. Activate this extension in Firefox, go to temu.com and immediately you'll see the main view of temu.com in mobile mode. No need to use this extension, just have it activated in Extensions. Another major issue, when this is activated, using asana.com is impossible. It turns to a mobile app but it can't load in main view, and asks us to "Continue to App" but nothing happens. There are other websites with problems as well. If you start noticing websites not loading well, and you think you're going crazy, immediately deactivate this extension as it's the source of all problems on Firefox. I did that years ago. I tested it again today after the update and same issues. Either shut this project down or fix the issues. |
Hello.
I know it's dead (jim), but if someone resumes the development, to be noted that with this extension installed, without need to be using it, it forces some site to the mobile page without need to do it.
It happened to me with temu.com, and only disabling this extension it loads the desktop page, but with it, the main view page loads the mobile site (i'm not talking in the side view, the side view doesn't need to be opened at all, and it does always when the extension is enabled).
A review in the Firefox Addons site says that also Pinterest is affected, and maybe other sites too. Issue #448 (about SiriusXM site) also seems related to this.
Thanks.
