Description

Perhaps not a huge priority, but the footer seems to use some layout techniques that don't degrade very gracefully in older browsers.

This is a screenshot of the new footer on Internet Explorer 11:

Whilst I don't think it needs to be styled like we expect, the content should at least be readable / legible.
