Expose summary of ignored data

To document how much data are being excluded, a user would like to see a summary of the number of outliers, duplicates, and undeployed events in Movebank that have been ignored when creating the move2 object. I haven't investigated in detail, but this could include

• displaying information already collected in move2 and present in the logs
• displaying summary statistics from Movebank
