What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run davserver -D . -n
2. Run fusedav http://localhost:8008 mnt
3. cat any file on the mount

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
libneon, and then fusedav will generate an error because the 'Content-Range' 
header of the 206 response is not generated.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.8 (version 72 from subversion)
Ubuntu 12.04 x86_64

Please provide any additional information below.
Attached is a patch that addresses the issue.
