I did a trial of a mastodon server, wound up really not liking it.
While leaving the local timeline open I went over in a browser to kill my account on the server.
This caused mastodon-mode to lock up hard. C-g freed emacs up, but then going into M-x list-processes didn't work. I suspect this will happen on emacs26 as well.
I'm running git HEAD of emacs (emacs27, rebuilt 8 days ago from this post)
Likely not a high priority but other people who are experimenting with mastodon are likely to risk running into this. The only way to free myself was to SIGKILL emacs.
