Adding host information edit feature.

I’m using iPad to stream my home Desktop. I’ve used Zerotier to connect to my home setup externally for quite some time and it works great, but recently adding host using zerotier IP is not working at all, the app said “Host information updated” when I’m on the same LAN but using different network will not use the zerotier IP for discovery.
Please allow user to manually edit the host information to accommodate multiple IPs for a single host.

I wanna this feature too! I use Zerotier when go outside and use local network when in my home. It is annoying that everytime I switch Zerotier/local network I must retype the IP address and those numbers are really hard to remeber...

Maybe it can just remove the "auto-update same host info" logic?
