When incubation time passes and symptom Malaise is added than character should get Fatigued Condiotion. This happens but modification in combat (in example) is counted as -20 (from Fatigued condition) instead of -10. When You try to delete Fatigued condition without deleting desease system will reaply condition and from this now on modificaton to test is correct (-10)
