The DoFn _WriteToRelationalDBFn does not wait record to be inserted in database.

My current pipeline is:

pipeline

Because WriteToDB_1 returns the output collection immediately and I have a FK contraint in the DB, WriteToDB_2 crashes.

The expected behaviour would be to wait for each commit to be made and only then return the element. Can this be implemented in the library?
