怎么说呢，也算bug，也不算bug，毕竟从后端获取上传配置参数也是一个重要步骤，你可以这样跳过：直接定义一个静态的配置文件，然后让前端能正常获取到，就可以了。
比如把 配置文件保存到/UEditorPlus/config.json
serverUrl: '/UEditorPlus/config.json',
