Created the default structure for a basic PowerShell module project. This follows the structure laid out in the [LocalAutomation](https://github.com/mod-posh/LocalAutomation) Repo. This template is initially based off the [modposh-template](https://github.com/mod-posh/modposh-template) and then extended with files from the SimpleModules folder in the LocalAutomation repo.
