I feel that it is really important to provide those who wish to trial the Mod Desktop app with some sort of basic user guide - especially since it is my understanding that the desktop app is aimed at users who do not already own any of the Mod Audio physical devices - like myself. I feel that this is important in order to garner interest among those who come to the Mod Wiki or Mod forums seeking information about these products.
I understand that this project is only at the stage of Alpha testing, but I suspect this would attract more potential contributors to Github.
I also noticed the complete absence of the Mod desktop from the contents of the Mod Wiki, and it took quite a bit of detective work until I eventually landed here.
You need to provide direct links from within the Mod Wiki itself, along with a direct reference thread in the forum for anyone seeking information about the development and aims of this part of the project, making the stage of development clear as well.

the user interface is not finished, so it is too early to handle documentation.
so far it has been mostly experiments, and the plugin version is not yet complete.
once the plugin version is working well enough then I think its the time where documentation can begin.
though the idea is to always have it be simple enough that documentation is not truly needed, as most people do not read it or refuse to read it.
