New MoBIE release?

We are getting new features that make MoBIE easier / more flexible to use:

• MoBIE command line
• Open Image and Segmentations ... in Fiji
• Open HCS ... in Fiji

I think it would be nice to make a new proper release at some point and announce these new features on image.sc, since they could bring a lot of potential users to MoBIE that currently can't using because creating a MoBIE project would be too difficult for them.

For this we should also extend / add the documentation of these features:

• Documentation: Open Image and Segmentations ... mobie.github.io#103
• Documentation: extend HCS doc mobie.github.io#102

@tischi there's no time pressure from my side, I just think we should do this whenever you're ready because your recent changes improve the usability of MoBIE a lot!
