not sure why this is an invalid email

This is coming directly from an email header. Is it the code or is it indeed invalid?

I think the space between the name and the rest of it might be throwing things off?

correction, the reason seems to be this:

"Email address before the '@' can not be greater than 63 characters"

This may have been relaxed recently, let me check.
