There are signs that after update to Vasil-compliant state chain-index started working slower.

All tests with assertion on values had to be augmented with awaitTxConfigrmed because waiting for 1 slot before collecting final Values from wallets is not enough anymore.

Slowdown varies depending from hardware. Running full Plutip test suite now takes from extra 10 seconds to x3 times longer on different machines (pre-vasil runs take ~78 seconds on different hardware).
