PHP implementation for PZQ #4

Hello,

First, thanks for your amazing work!

As I had to use the PHP PZQ API, I took your implementation.

As you put every classes in a single file, I split those classes into several files to match the one class by file principe.

I decided to put this in a clean repo to let futur users to have a quick usage of your work.
