Template: SPC must have manual option

As an aircraft commander, I want to have the option to choose a different sortie profile code, so that I can declare flights as soaring even below 10minutes.

Dev notes

Rightfully declared by 622 VGS at Upavon that a soaring flight is not just any flight over 10mins. Some VGSs are blessed with winch launches with heights giving 10mins by default. This means there must be an option to change the SPC. Requirements

• Template in docs/ must be updated
• Must not be a breaking change to "FORMATTING" or "_AIRCRAFT" hidden sheets
• Must be uploadable to the dashboard
• Any code changes must be backwards compatible with older log sheets
