Add Synthea examples for adjustcarriedforward to test suite

We should add examples from Synthea to the test suite. These situations would test when adjustcarriedforward() should include strings of carried forwards.

Next step:

• Produce a large synthetic test set and see how close we come to having examples in it like what is listed below. If it's close, consider manipulating manually. If not, consider changes to Synthea as appropriate.

Some of the things we need to have in a test set:

• Multiple strings in one adult
• CF strings mixed with non-CF values
• Mix of ages and genders (not including adults for now)
